General Pepel (ピェーペル将軍 Pyēperu Shōgun, Пепел means 'ash' in russian) also known as Gorou Shikabane (鹿羽 吾郎 Shikabane Gorō) is a big and overbearing fighter and one of the leaders of the Zvezda.
Appearance[]
General Pepel dresses in a militarized manner, his front side covered with several pouches which likely hold the vast munitions he uses, and his back side holding what seem to be drum magazines.
The peaked cap he wears bears resemblance to Russian military caps.
Personality[]
His intimidating appearance belies General Pepel's love for fancy sweets.
He has not graduated from elementary school.
Relationships[]
He is respected by all and shares a master-disciple relationship with Odin, stemed from their gang past. He is extremely loyal of Venera who he claims to be the only person can dispatch him.
It is confirmed that Pepel Shōgun is Plamya's father.
Later he married Hayabusa Kaori who is his former sister in law.
Story[]
Gorou was the former leader of a gang he eventually disbanded due to his wife and allegiance to Zvezda.
